As promised through our research of information systems our team has concluded that Enterprise is a highly successful company specializing in car rentals giving customers the opportunity to have a car ready for them when needed. With the well known slogan "we will pick you up" Enterprise has created a unique relationship with its customers by giving them someone to rely on when something goes wrong their car. Through various interviews with Mr. Anthony Lee our team was able to get a true understanding of what really goes into Enterprise to make this business so successful. We learned that a huge part of the business is the information systems used to keep Enterprise up and running at all times. If Enterprise's information system, ARMS, went down, then they would be in some serious trouble.

Enterprises main information system that contributes the most to the company is the Account Rental System (ARMS.). It consists of an Excel like document, which is used to keep customer information, create schedules, and also create rate deals for customer. With ARMS, Enterprise keeps all company files and customer files organized to try to prevent errors and miss communication within the corporation. ARMS is also a web-based reservation system which is a quick and organized way of doing the rental process with potential customers coming in. By using ARMS, Enterprise is able to run efficiently and minimize the risk of making a mistake during the rental process; it helps keep the employees and customers on the same page. Quick Books is also crucial to enterprise to keep employee information and payroll organized and efficient.

As you can see through the research our team has provided, there is a lot that goes into the Enterprise Rent-A-Car company that contributes to its success over the years.
